On-line Build Management

To help reduce a fleet manager’s workload, when it comes to fleet conversions, we have developed the ’On-line Build Management’ facility. Here the vehicle’s conversion progress can be obtained on-line, 24/7, enabling effortless up to the minute updates on the project’s status.

The ’on-line build management’ system is accessed via a unique username and password allowing secure access to all the relevant vehicle conversions undertaken by Tevo for your business both past and present.

The system is easy to use and navigate, yet extremely powerful. Once logged in you can see an overview of all your vehicles by job number which you can then drill-down to each vehicle details by a click of your mouse.

For each vehicle you can access build stages from Tevo receiving the vehicle, what stage of conversion the vehicle is at, date of completion and even proof of delivery to confirm receipt to the end user.
