Tevo Limited manufacture and supply modular vehicle racking and storage systems that are designed and produced in the UK & Sweden.
With nearly 30 years experience in the industry Tevo provides a comprehensive 'one-stop-shop' van to mobile workshop conversion service.
Tevo has an established customer base in many sectors of industry from utility companies, lease companies and local authorities through to those operating in the many specialist trades.
Tevo Limited's Head Office, based in Wooburn Green since 2008, includes workshop and warehouse facilities.
The 24,500sq ft workshop allows for vehicle converstions from single vans to a whole fleet
with dedicated staff assigned to carrying out kit assembly, kit installation and quality inspections.
The 22,000sq ft warehouse enables us to hold stock of all standard products and offer swift delivery.
'One-stop-shop'
Tevo Limited can offer the complete 'one-stop-shop' which includes experienced system design, direct delivery from the vehicle manufacturer, a comprehensive build program, Manufacturers PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) through to onward delivery.
Tevo is now in partnership with major vehicle manufacturers to offer finished vehicles including PDI and road tax.

Health & Safety
Taking Safety Seriously
Comprehensive crash testing at specialist research facilities is part of Tevo’s commitment to safety. Our ongoing safety programme constantly evaluates system strength and safety, to ensure the effectiveness of design and quality of manufacturing. Steel and aluminium racking systems undergo arduous safety testing in excess of 21G which exceeds the required rate for the ECE R17 standard.
Tevo's crash tests have provided positive results which are vitally important to the ongoing development of the Tevo product range.
Driver safety is imperative and the fitting of bulkheads is recommended in all service vehicles, we offer this service prior to the installation of the racking system.
Testing for Quality
At the design stage Tevo products are rigorously tested for quality and endurance, shelves and drawer units conforming to BS 4875: Part 7. 1998, Test Level 5, ensuring that the installed systems withstand the demands of prolonged use in a wide variety of service applications.
Looking after the environment
Tevo’s commitment to the environment starts with using recyclable materials including plastics, steel and aluminium, as well as making sure that our manufacturing processes are as energy efficient as possible. Tevo racking can also be recycled i.e. transferred from one vehicle (at the end of its working life) into a new vehicle without damaging the integrity of the vehicle.
